Teavine is a registered trademark of Chasilery Private Limited. At Teavine, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely, securely, and in a timely manner. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery, and related responsibilities.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available for all orders above ₹599.

Orders below ₹599 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹95.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

3. Order Processing

All orders placed on www.teavine.store are processed within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number (if applicable).

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, adverse weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Teavine shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Customers can monitor the delivery status through the courier’s official tracking portal.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including postal codes, phone numbers, and email addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, reshipment will require additional shipping charges. Alternatively, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the applicable shipping costs.

Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Any items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All products must be intact, unopened, and in their original condition for any claim to be considered valid.

Claims for damaged or defective products will be evaluated by our quality team before initiating refunds.

8. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

For COD orders, customers must verify the package before accepting it.

Refunds for COD orders will only be processed if damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items are reported immediately upon delivery.

Teavine reserves the right to refuse COD claims if proper inspection and reporting procedures are not followed.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Cancellation requests before dispatch must be sent to teavine@chasilery.com or via WhatsApp +91 83328 37799.

Teavine reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments

In the event of damaged, defective, or lost shipments, customers must report immediately via:

All claims will be evaluated by our quality team before processing refunds.

Refunds or replacements, once approved, will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

11. Liability

Teavine is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including courier failures, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or strikes.

Customers acknowledge and agree that delivery dates are estimates and Teavine shall not be liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from delayed delivery.
