Payment Policy

Teavine is a registered trademark of Chasilery Private Limited. At Teavine, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure payment experience for all our customers. Please read the following carefully to understand how payments are processed on our platform.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for all orders placed on www.teavine.store:
Online Payments via Razorpay – including:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- Debit Cards
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Wallets supported by Razorpay
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for selected domestic locations in India.
Note: All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
2. Payment Security
All payments on www.teavine.store are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.
Razorpay handles all online transaction processing, and Teavine.store does not store your card or UPI details on its servers.
We employ multiple security protocols to protect against unauthorized access, fraud, and data breaches.
3. Payment Timing
Online Payments: Your order will be confirmed instantly once the payment is successfully processed via Razorpay.
COD Payments: Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is successfully received.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
Refunds for online payments will be made to the original mode of payment within 3–7 business days of approval.
COD refunds will be issued via bank transfer or other suitable methods within 7 business days after verification.
5. Payment Discrepancies
In case a payment fails during checkout, the order will not be processed. Customers may retry the payment or select an alternative payment method.

6. Taxes and Charges
All prices on www.teavine.store are inclusive of all taxes.
Any shipping charges applicable will be clearly displayed at checkout.
For orders below ₹599, a flat shipping charge of ₹95 is applied.
7. Order Confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp with your order details and tracking information.
Please ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid delays or payment disputes.
8. Amendments
Teavine reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
