Teavine is a registered trademark of Chasilery Private Limited. We are committed to delivering premium-quality tea products while ensuring a secure and fair experience for our customers. By purchasing from our website www.teavine.store, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, as our logistics and delivery partners are charged upon pickup.
2. Inspection of Orders Upon Delivery
- We strongly advise customers to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt.
- Any damage, defects, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- When reporting, please provide clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and any visible damage. Mention the condition of the package to the courier during delivery.
- All returned products must be intact, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for refund or replacement.
3. Eligible Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds and replacements are only applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Requests will be reviewed and approved by our quality assurance team.
Once approved, we will process:
- Refunds within 3–7 business days, credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or UPI to the account details provided by the customer. Please ensure your bank account details are accurate and current.
- Refunds cannot be processed in cash for returned COD orders.
- Replacements will get shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days, to the original shipping address.
Any claim that does not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or personalized products, including special orders.
- Gift items, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Any products that have been opened, used, or altered in any manner.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while placing an order.
- If there are any changes to your contact, billing, or shipping information, you must promptly notify us at teavine@chasilery.com.
- Teavine reserves the right to verify details and reject any fraudulent or inaccurate claims at its sole discretion.
- Customers are required to check the product description carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined in the product description and this policy.
6. Important Notes
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only for legitimate claims and verified orders.
- Teavine reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement if the product is not returned in its original, unopened, and intact condition.
- At present, www.teavine.store does not accept international orders.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This Refund & Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising under this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
